Repo Surgeon was built at the London AI Hackathon. It uses Gemini and Dust to ingest a GitHub repository, analyze the codebase for legacy patterns and technical debt, generate a prioritized action plan, structure findings into actionable tickets, and notify your team via integrations. Designed to help engineering teams tackle legacy codebases systematically rather than through ad-hoc refactoring.
